Notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698)

Controller: MORFOSAI, Istanbul.

Data processed: identity and contact details; profile information; face photos and biometric measurements derived from them (special-category data).

Purposes: producing your personalised facial analysis, care protocol and visualisations at your request; running membership and support; meeting legal obligations.

Legal basis: explicit consent for special-category data (Art. 6); performance of the contract (Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest for other data.

Transfers: your data is stored on our hosting providers' servers in the Australia (Sydney) region, and is additionally sent to contracted AI processors abroad solely for the duration of processing. Both transfers rely on the explicit consent given at sign-up (Art. 9). Data is never used for model training.

Retention: while the account is open; erased within 30 days of a deletion request.

Your rights (Art. 11): to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know third-party recipients, request rectification, erasure, object and claim damages. Requests: info@morfosai.com.
