1. Service

MORFOSAI provides informational facial analysis generated from your photos, non-surgical care recommendations and visualisations. The service is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a licensed provider for any clinical procedure, medication or licensed matter.

2. Membership and payment

The annual membership is paid upfront and includes, per membership year, 2 full analyses, 8 visualisations and 200 messages to our care team, together with protocol updates. These allowances apply within the membership year, do not carry over, and reset on renewal. A full refund is issued if you cancel before uploading photos; no refund once the analysis has started. The subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled; you are notified before renewal and can cancel at any time with one click from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current membership period, and you keep full access until then. Payment is charged in US dollars through our international payment provider; your bank may apply exchange rates and foreign transaction fees.

3. Conditions of use

• You must be 18 or older.
• You may only upload photos of yourself.
• Reports are personal and may not be redistributed commercially.

4. Licence scope and restriction on commercial use

4.1 Licence granted. A personal membership grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and time-limited right of use, for personal, non-commercial purposes and limited to your own face. The licence lasts for as long as your membership is active.

4.2 Your own face only. You may not upload the photographs, facial measurements or biometric data of any third party — patient, client, customer, family member, friend or anyone else. This applies even with their consent; third-party data may be processed only under a Clinic/Enterprise Licence with a separate data processing agreement.

4.3 Prohibited uses. Under a personal membership the following are expressly prohibited:

• Analysis, consultation, pre-assessment or treatment planning for patients, clients or customers;
• Use within the workflow of a clinic, practice, medspa, salon, studio or any comparable commercial business;
• Presenting, transferring, reselling or marketing analyses, reports, scores or visualisations to third parties or as part of a service;
• Sharing account credentials or allowing more than one person to use a single account;
• Automated access, scraping, reverse engineering, or using our methodology and taxonomy to develop a derivative product.

4.4 Commercial use. The uses above are permitted only under a separate written Clinic/Enterprise Licence, which includes multi-user access, clinic-branded report output, patient consent capture and a data processing agreement under KVKK/GDPR.

4.5 Intellectual property. The software, the 170-item assessment taxonomy, the measurement and scoring methodology, the report and protocol templates and the image generation pipelines are protected under Turkish Law no. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and remain the property of MORFOSAI. What you receive is the right to use your own report for personal purposes.

4.6 Consequences of breach. On breach of this clause MORFOSAI may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and without refund. MORFOSAI further reserves the right to claim the Clinic/Enterprise Licence fee retroactively for the period of the breach, together with damages under Law no. 5846 and the unfair-competition provisions of Turkish Commercial Code no. 6102, and all other legal remedies.

4.7 Usage records. To audit licence compliance we record, on the basis of legitimate interest, derived technical signatures indicating whether uploaded faces differ from one another, along with analysis frequency, session and device information. These records may be used as evidence in a claim of breach.

5. Results

Visualisations are AI generations representing potential changes and carry no guarantee. Results vary.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MORFOSAI is not liable for indirect damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
